- Application Deposit $200 per apartment
- Application Fee $50 per applicant

Identification:
Each applicant will need to email a copy of their government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, military ID, state ID card) to our leasing office at sales@mansionsathickorycreek.com.
Income:
Each applicant will need to email copies of their TWO most recent paycheck stubs to our leasing office at sales@mansionsathickorycreek.com.
The apartment home cannot be reserved until all items are received. Please contact the leasing office with any questions. We look forward to welcoming you home to Mansions at Hickory Creek!
